Optimistic Brand Return & Refund Policy

 


At Optimistic Brand, each product is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because all of our products are print-on-demand, we do not hold inventory and therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.


That said, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will always work with you if there’s an issue with your order.

 


 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

 

  • Not Accepted for Custom Orders: Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

 

 


 

 

Refunds

 

 

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds are only issued if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item.

  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Situations:

     

    • Wrong size or product ordered

    • Change of mind after purchase

    • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

     

 

 


 

 

Order Cancellations

 

 

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before fulfillment begins. After this window, cancellations are not possible since production has already started.
